Colorado Association of Homebuilders

The Colorado Association of Home Builders was established in 1974 with the intent to assist Colorado builders with their legislative concerns. Today, CAHB remains more committed than ever to protecting the homebuilding industry at the State Capitol.

Builder and Associate members alike have not only benefited from our legislative efforts, but also our member benefit programs and networking opportunities throughout the year. Let CAHB work to your advantage, stay on top of legislature that effects your everyday business, and connect to potential customers and clients. Join CAHB through your local HBA today.

When you join your local HBA, you automatically become a member of CAHB and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). To become a member of your local, state, and national associations, contact your nearest local home builder association.

CAHB’s CHARITY OF CHOICE IS:

On any given night in Colorado over 12,000 people are homeless, more than half of whom are families with children. The majority, 91%, are temporarily Benefits of or episodically homeless, people who have lost their homes and livelihoods due to unforeseen circumstances. HomeAid builds dignified housing where these homeless individuals and families can rebuild their lives.

How can you help?

  • Builders – Become a project Builder Captain or Gold Key Sponsor
  • Trade Companies, Associates and Suppliers – Provide services, labor and materials or sponsor HomeAid.
  • Make a difference – by donating, in-kind and cash donations, stocks, living trust and other bequests.

HomeAid recently completed a project for Partners Crossing in Colorado Springs which provides transitional housing for homeless families.
