When you join your local HBA, you automatically become a member of CAHB and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Membership dues vary depending on the local home builders association's fee schedule. Annual local dues include CAHB and NAHB memberships. To become a member of your local, state, and national associations, contact your nearest local home builder association.

• Associate Members are professional businesses engaged in a wide range of services that support the building industry.

The Member Services Department manages member benefits and educational programs.

The Member Benefit Programs are set up when members express a need for new services, which can be provided at a discount. Discounts are possible because of the collective bargaining power afforded by the state association’s 3,800 member companies. These programs also provide the association with additional funds to cover operating costs in the form of royalties or other payments. Our current programs are listed below.
